VCost allows one to capture vehicle expenses very quickly, and then look at these expenses, either in a summarised form by expense category, or in detail form by vehicle. One can also call on a summarised depreciation/cost summary report, which gives the current depreciated value of the vehicle(s) and the cost per km/mile. The depreciation report may be Straight-line or Reducing Balance. The depreciation percentages for either type of report may be adjusted to suit. The currency indicator may be changed as required. Another useful report is the expense breakdown by category type (Repairs, Insurance, finance etc). This report may be requested for any period in the past.
